1. Why do I need to register? Registration is not required to use GiftsAtOnce; however, it is recommended so you can use all of the features that GiftsAtOnce has to offer. Some of the features that registered users enjoy are the ability to save wishlists, receive event reminders via email or text message and anonymously get the opinions of gift ideas. Ready to register?
2. What is a Annonymous Gift Opinion? An Annonymous Gift Opinion is when you would like to know if someone you are getting the gift for will like the gift or not... Annonymously. You simply choose what gift you'd like to get for someone, we send out an email to them asking if they would like it, they respond with if they would like it or not. This saves you the trouble getting them something they already have or something they don't like... And the possibility of them giving it back to you as a gift.
3. What is the Gift Assistance Generator? The Gift Assistance Generator helps you choose the right gift. It takes information (age, gender, occasion, personality, etc) pertaining to who the gift is for and uses special algorithms to determine which gifts would best fit that person. You do not have to be registered to use it. You can try it out here.
4. I am looking for a specific gift. How do I search for it? Sorry, at this time GiftsAtOnce does not provide a search function. We are currently in the process of creating such a feature. If you have registered and opt to receive our newsletter you will be notified when it is available or you can check our blog for updates as well.
5. I have an issue with something I bought... GiftsAtOnce does not directly handle Customer Service issues related to products or services provided by it's vendors. All associate vendors have their own Customer Service departments and would gladly assist you with whatever the issue is.
